** SHOW CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND CONSIDERATIONS
All quotations for show pricing and details will be provided to clients in writing. This shall include but not be limited to the; date, time, location, pricing, payment terms and specific other needs.
Shows beyond 30 miles are subject to a travel allowance of .60 per mile (one way) from Harrison Township Michigan Zip Code 48045
to the show location as calculated as the fastest route by MAP QUEST. Other travel expenses will also need to be considered.
A 50% non-refundable deposit and/or a signed contract must be received within one week of the show being verbally booked.
A contract will be provided by Matrix Magic Shows and must be signed by both parties before any engagement is considered valid.
Shows cancelled by the customer, prior to set-up, for any reason shall be charged 50% of the total quoted price.
Shows set-up on location but cannot be performed due to inclement weather will be changed the full quoted price.
It is suggested that outdoor shows have an alternative indoor location should inclement weather arise.
A show cancelled by Matrix Magic Shows due to illness, uncontrolled circumstances or acts of God will result in the client being
entitled to re-book the show on a future available date at a 20% discount. (This has NEVER happened.)
All shows must be paid for in full in U.S. funds prior to the beginning of the show.
Postal Money Orders and Corporate checks are accepted and must be made payable to Matrix Magic Shows LLC.
Returned corporate checks are subject to a $50.00 fee.
Personal checks are NOT accepted, cash is the preferred payment method.
Any illusion or trick not able to be performed in a given location may be substituted at the magician's descretion.
A show may be stopped should an audience become disruptive during the performance. (This has NEVER happened.)
